Returns & Cancellations – Lusso Liv

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY:

Items are eligible for returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. For returns, please send a request to our support team for Return Merchant Authorizarion (RMA) request and they can help you with the same.

Please note, we do not accept returns for cosmetics and skincare items due to health and hygiene reasons. All other orders can be returned up to 30 days from the date of delivery, for a full refund minus shipping and gift wrap charges. If you would like to return a product from your order simply send the unopened product back to the address provided in the RMA in its original sealed packaging. If shipping was free for your order it will be deducted from the order total.

Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless we made an error.

Please confirm the return shipping address in your RMA to send the returns to correct warehouse as we have multiple locations.

In the unlikely event that your order or part of your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately so we can instantly investigate and fix the issue with your order. Please submit the pictures of the damaged package along with your email message and hold on to the package till you receive an update from us.

CANCELLATIONS:

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed. In case you need to cancel or alter your order, please get in touch with us via email within 12 business hours of placing the order, with the cancellation/alteration request. No alterations or cancellations can be done to any orders past 12 hours as the order would be processed or sent to shipping by then.
